Theatre Tulsa Academy presents Rock of Ages - Teen Edition at the Maya Angelou Theatre in Central High School (3101 W Edison St, Tulsa) from July 26 to 28.
The cast of 25 teens will take the stage on July 26 and 27 at 7:30 p.m. and July 27 and 28 at 2 p.m.
Set on L.A.'s famous Sunset Strip in 1987, Rock of Ages tells the story of Drew, a city boy from South Detroit, and Sherrie, a small-town girl, who have both travelled to L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love.
Rock of Ages: Teen Edition has all the 80s rock anthems you know and love, with a fun-filled story of romance, fame, and always believin’!
This production is directed by Ryan King and choreographed by Brittany Mayfield with music direction by Allison Johnston.
