Through a combination of rock music, yoga postures, and burning $h!t, Rock-N-Release offers a cleansing practice to move stored emotions out of the physical and energetic bodies. At Rock-N-Release: Krishnacore, expect to hear positive, spiritual metal and alternative music. While this subgenre is more obscure, these upbeat hardcore bands get you in the mood to flow along, scream, shout, and let it all out on the mat in this “all-levels” class. Just like at Warped Tour, leave your inhibitions at the door — screaming or singing along is perfectly acceptable and will be encouraged at times!
