Percy is a mascot for B4 Early Years Coalition. They are a Tasmanian Pygmy Possum who wants to help spread the message about the importance of the early years. Percy is an effervescent, friendly and engaging possum, who loves to play and learn with family, friends and communities. Join us for songs, action rhymes and stories at this special Rock and Rhyme event.
