The Rochester ECFE 5K is a 5K race beginning and ending at Soldier's Field in downtown Rochester, on September 28th, 2024. The funds raised through registration and sponsorship will directly benefit families in the Rochester community. Rochester Early Childhood and Family Education programs offer Parent and Family education classes and Early Childhood Screening at Northrop Community Education Building, RPS Preschool classrooms at Hoover Early Learning School, Northrop Community Education Building, and Mighty Oaks/Pinewood Early Learning School. Additionally, we serve children and parents who participate in Adult Basic Education at the Hawthorne Education Center. Rochester ECFE’s goal is to provide our youngest residents and their families with opportunities to connect with one another and engage in the great community of Rochester.The free Family Fun Run will begin around 10:30 a.m. after the 5K has been completed. The whole family is invited to join the fun! Come out for the baby crawl, toddler and preschool heats and even some big kid races! We will also have food options available for purchase and additional games in the green space of the park.
Registration is required for the 5K, please use the "Tickets" button to register today! The Family Fun Run is free, but we do ask that you register ahead of time if possible, using that same "Tickets" button.
