UPDATE! The 2025 ROC7K Trail Run has been POSTPONED to March 8, 2025.The 12th Annual ROC7K Trail Run is Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025! Join us at Cosmo Park’s Rhett’s Run for this 7K (4.3 mile) trail run where runners will take in the scenic twists, turns, hills, and challenging fun of the single-track course. The race starts and finishes at Antimi Shelter. All participants will receive a long-sleeved, performance fabric ROC7K shirt, and a post-race snack. New registrations after 1/24/25 will not be guaranteed their requested shirt size, everyone will receive a shirt. The race is chip-timed and unique, handcrafted awards are given to the overall top male and female finishers as well as the top 3 males and females in each age group (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over).
$35 advance registration is required. Online registration can be found here bit.ly/3noBmYW (use activity number 107300). Please call 573.874.7460 or 573.874.7700 to register over the phone. Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025. There will be no race day registration.
