This FREE Group Fitness Sampler Class is open to anyone, members or non-members.
Our Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers will lead a short sample of a variety of classes and training styles, with modifications and variations as needed.
We are accepting food donations for IBC’s LOVE LEX food distribution ministry with Landsdowne Elementary.
Food Items Accepted:
-Chef Boyardee (Ravioli or Spaghetti with meatballs)
-Fruit and vegetable juice
-Shelf stable chocolate milk
-Beef jerky
-Whole wheat graham crackers
-Single serving cereal boxes
-Fruit cups
-Applesauce squeeze pouches
-Granola bars
