The 13th Annual ROC 7K Trail Run is Saturday, March 7, 2026! Join us at Cosmo Park’s Rhett’s Run for this 7K (4.3 mile) trail run where runners will take in the scenic twists, turns, hills, and challenging fun of the single-track course. The race starts and finishes at Antimi Shelter. All participants will receive a long-sleeved, performance fabric ROC7K shirt, and a post-race snack. Register by February 13, 2026 to be guaranteed your requested shirt size. The race is chip-timed and unique, handcrafted awards are given to the overall top male and female finishers as well as the top 3 males and females in each age group (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over).
$40 advance registration is required. Max 125 racers. Register online at https://tinyurl.com/dmra8cfe, or call 573.874.7460 or 573.874.7700. Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026 (or when we meet the 125 max). There will be no race day registration.
Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe trail conditions, the event will be postponed to March 21, 2026.

4:30-6 p.m.: Packet Pick-up at the ARC, 1701 W. Ash
Saturday, March 7, 2026:
7:45-8:50 a.m.: Packet Pick-up and Race Day Registration at Gans Creek Recreation Area
9 a.m.: Race begins
9:30 a.m.: Post-race food available
10:15 a.m.: Awards
11 a.m.: Course closes
