Robot Cupid is putting real-life chemistry to the test—with a little help from science.
Matching will be powered by Matchbox, a matchmaking software that uses relationship science to identify your most compatible match at the event.
The Matchbox algorithm has matched more than 500,000 people across 40 countries and is designed to optimize for long-term compatibility based on values, rather than simply matching you based on looks or a quick first impression.
1. Take the questionnaire.
When you arrive, you'll complete a matching questionnaire developed by Matchbox's team of relationship scientists and curated specifically for Robot Cupid.
2. Meet the humans.
Then comes the fun part: mingle, talk, laugh, and meet the other singles in the room. Your match isn't based on a photo or a swipe—you'll actually get a chance to interact.
3. Let the algorithm do its thing.
Matchbox uses relationship science, AI, and insights from Nobel Prize-winning economics to identify your most compatible match in the room.
4. Discover your match.
Near the end of the experience, your match will be revealed.
