About this Event

Camp week selection is based on ticket purchase

Looking for a FUN and Engaging Summer Camp?

This summer camp is inspired by the FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge, fostering project-based learning that’s impactful and FUN. Students enjoy the friendly teamwork and learning from FLL Challenge missions without the stress of intense competition. With flexible sessions available, you can choose the ticket that perfectly aligns with your family's schedule.

Students will enjoy the fun-filled experience of this week-long camp with daily instructional sessions and hands-on practice, and wrap up with the demonstration day on Friday. The program targets students ages 9 to 13 (grades 4-8). 7 options as follows:

  • Week of June 15 (6/15/25 - 6/19/25)
  • Week of June 22 (6/22/25 - 6/26/25)
  • Week of July 6 (7/6/25 - 7/10/25)
  • Week of July 13 (7/13/25 - 7/17/25)
  • Week of July 20 (7/20/25 - 7/24/25)
  • Week of July 27 (7/27 /25 - 7/31/25)
  • Week of August 3 (8/3/25 - 8/7/25)
  • Week of August 10 (8/10/25 - 8/14/25)

The sessions are where students explore STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) and delve into the captivating world of LEGO® robotics. They’ll learn to code, build, and program robots to tackle exciting game missions, all while developing problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Peer instructors empower students through problem-solving and hands-on learning, cultivating ownership of their educational journey.

Our program will equip your child with confidence and critical thinking skills valuable in any future interest. At Queen City Robotics Alliance (QCRA), we want to do more than teach coding. We want to inspire all girls and boys to use their talents and abilities to think outside the box, to channel their ideas creatively, and most importantly, to have fun!

Financial Support – Campership Program

We are actively working to secure funding to provide campership support and increase access for students who may otherwise be unable to participate. Campership availability is dependent on funding received and may vary by program. Updates will be shared as funding becomes available.

Families experiencing financial hardship, including students attending a Title I school or those facing other financial challenges, may request consideration for campership support by emailing . Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to available funding. If support is approved, families will receive a promo code to apply a discount during registration. Documentation may be requested and can include proof of participation in government assistance programs (such as WIC, Medicaid, or Section 8) or verification that household income falls below Mecklenburg County’s median household income*. Please include the student’s attending school when submitting a request.

To stay informed about future campership availability and program updates, families are encouraged to follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, or subscribe to our newsletter at .

*We adopt the number from the US Census Data from 2017-2021 for the Median Household income of Mecklenburg County, which is $73,124.
