Robot Adventures at the Pony Swim - Main Library

Celebrate the Chincoteague Pony Swim—an iconic Virginia tradition in July made famous by Marguerite Henry’s 'Misty of Chincoteague' book. Program your robotic pony to follow color codes as it trots along the seashore, swims across the channel, and parades down Main Street. Coding is a fun multi-disciplinary activity that supports kid's creativity, logical thinking, as well as their ability to concentrate. Main Library. July 18. 2pm. Registration opens July 1.
