⏰ 8AM – Weigh-In
🥇 9AM – White & Blue Belt Tournament
🎓 12PM – Belt Ceremony
📚 12:30PM – Seminar
🔥 2PM – Gauntlet
📘 Seminar Details
🧠 Traven will begin teaching after the belt ceremony.
💵 Fee: $50 (Any tournament registration fees will count toward this!)
🕧 Seminar starts at 12:30PM
🥋 White & Blue Belt Tournament Details
📝 Registration: $25 Gi, $10 No-Gi
📍 8AM: Weigh-Ins at McDonough gym
🚨 9AM: Tournament begins
💡 Whatever you spend on registration will be credited toward the Traven Seminar.
