Celebrate the birthday of Scotlands' Poet Laureate. Scottish faire dinner, pipeband and celtic bands playing.About this Event
4:30-5:00 Happy hour, Program begins at 5:00 with presentation of the Haggis. Dinner selections are: cocka Leekie Soup, and either Braised Short Ribs, Grilled Salmon fillet or Ratatouille Risotto. Neeps and Tatties, Shortbread and Birthday cake dessert. Coffee,Tea and Iced tea.
Program includes address to the Haggis, Toasts to Lads and Lassies, a Wee bit of Burns. Music will include Capital City Pipes and Drums with their dancers,Celtic music by Mad Maudlin and Scottish Country Dancing to round out the nite.
