This exclusive collaboration brings together the precision of Japanese robata grilling and the bold, layered flavours of Nikkei and Latin American cooking. Led by Chef Chris Kim (Ibushi) and Chef Alejandro Saravia (Morena), the menu explores how two distinct cuisines approach fire.
[The Culinary Experience] Enjoy a 7-course sharing menu designed entirely around the grill. Each dish moves seamlessly between the two kitchens, perfectly balancing smoke, acidity, and depth. Techniques from both sides are brought together through a single medium: charcoal.
