A highly interactive, hands-on class. Learn basic roasting principles and then conduct roasts of your own on three different sample roasters. Taught by Roast Master and Q Grader, Nicki, this class is ultra accessible for beginners and can benefit experienced consumers as well as professionals. Participants receive considerable 1 on 1 instruction and go home with roasted coffee from the class.
