Now is your perfect chance to stand at the roaster with Nate, unerstand a bit more about roasting and head home with a 12oz retail bag of the coffee roasted together. Anthony will be serving up some tasty coffee in the lab and lead conversation on what you're tasting and how it relates to the roasting process.
