Nestled along the winding curves of the Rhône River, on dizzyingly steep hillside, the Northern Rhône is a region of profound vinous heritage, legendary for its distinctive wines that have long captivated connoisseurs around the world. “Roasted Slopes - The Wines of the Northern Rhône,” is an invitation to journey into one of France’s most revered wine-producing areas. In this class you can experience, first-hand, a place where centuries-old traditions, the artistry of winemaking, and terroir is celebrated in every glass. Whether you are a budding enthusiast or a seasoned connoisseur, this course promises to deepen your appreciation of what makes Northern Rhône wines truly extraordinary.
Join wine importer Patrick Allen, a thirty-year wine industry veteran who has lived and worked in France for this tasting experience. A selection of light hors d’oeuvres will be provided to compliment the tasting. So, please join us for this unique opportunity to take a deep dive into the world of France’s Northern Rhône Valley.
