Roast Profile Cupping
The coffee industry has utilized the cupping process to evaluate quality, taste samples for purchasing decisions, and to check the quality of their roasts week-to-week. This cupping will be very unusual in that we will cup coffee from it's raw stage (green) all the way to what will end up in a final bag of Roast House coffee. The majority of these cups will NOT taste good, but it is a fun tasting experience to see the final development stages of your final cup every morning.
