A new chapter in NJPW TAMASHII history begins.
Since launching in November 2022, NJPW TAMASHII has grown from bringing Strong Style to Oceania to establishing its own championship lineage with the NJPW TAMASHII Tag Team Championship.
Now comes the next milestone. The NJPW TAMASHII Openweight Championship will be introduced, with the first-ever champion to be crowned at FIRST REIGN I. Auckland on October 4.
The journey begins at Road to First Reign on Saturday, August 29, where competitors will battle for the opportunity to become the inaugural NJPW TAMASHII Openweight Champion.
