Using quieter areas, we will demonstrate the basics of cycling on the road.
About this Event

With thanks to The National Lottery Awarfd for All, our “Road Safety (beginners 10yr+)” class teaches you how to grow more confident with each turn of the pedal. Our qualified road safety instructors will lead riders onto quiet roads, to experience “real” cycling. Road cycling can feel like the biggest step for both you and your child – it’s cycling on the actual road! But with our instructors on hand, your child will feel confident and safe in no time at all.

This class teaches you to how to start and stop safely on a road with more confidence, understand the road: signals, signs and road markings. Negotiate quiet junctions and share the road with other vehicles.
