Join us on our regular road training ride!🚴♀️ If you are joining us for the first time, this is what to expect📝
✅Pace is consistent at 22-23mph rolling speed, with one or two segments where the effort might go higher, after which riders regroup and roll together.
✅Be prepared to be upfront even for a minute. Everyone gets a chance to pull a little, even if just to continue smooth rotation in the peloton.
⚠️Please announce mechanicals loud and clear to make sure the group stops to assist.
🥤There are typically no stops but in summer with oppressively high temperatures, we stop halfway at a gas station.
☕️After the ride we hang outside at the shop patio with coffee and snacks. Feel free to bring change of clothes, you can change inside the shop after the ride.
