Reauthorization discussions are heating up and the focus on project delivery is an area that has bipartisan support - Eric will discuss common sense strategies to improve timely project delivery as well as more aggressive policy proposals to move the needle in the next reauthorization package.

• Eric Beightel currently serves as the Federal Strategy Director for Environmental Science Associates, advising clients on changing federal policy. He has worked in the public and private sector for over 25 years including serving as Senior Environmental Policy Advisor in the Office of the Secretary at USDOT, and most recently as the Presidentially appointed Executive Director of the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council.
