Ryan Haney – Industrial Leasing

Ryan Haney is Executive Vice President, Calgary Practice Lead, and specializes in industrial owner-user sales, leasing, and land sales in the Greater Calgary area. Ryan’s career in industrial real estate spans more than seventeen years. He joined JLL as SVP in 2015, after 12 years at another national firm, where he was consistently awarded as a top local and national producer. Ryan oversees JLL’s Calgary Industrial Team as Calgary Practice Lead, which consists of ten members including six brokers. The team is a consistent market leader in both the agency and representation sides of industrial real estate.

Ryan Murphy – Capital Markets

Ryan is an Associate Vice President in the JLL Calgary office, where he is responsible for the marketing and sale of mid-market investment properties and development sites in the greater Calgary region. Ryan’s career in commercial real estate spans more than thirteen years. Prior to joining JLL in 2016, Ryan spent over nine years working at another international brokerage in the valuation division. Ryan served a wide variety of clients, ranging from private equity and institutional investors, to government bodies. Ryan specializes in the marketing and sale of investment properties and representing buyers in their acquisitions. He possesses a unique skill set that combines sound technical underwriting skills with proven sales ability, enabling clients to capture maximum value. Ryan is known for his straightforward and honest approach to business, ensuring a mutually beneficial deal for all stakeholders. In the past two years, Ryan has transacted more than $100M worth of real estate.

Ron Odagaki – Retail Leasing

As the Senior Sales Associate in Calgary at JLL, Ron is responsible for growing the company’s retail agency business in the greater Calgary market. Ron’s career in real estate spans more than 20 years in capacities as a retailer, developer, and agent. He joined JLL in 2021, after seven years at Canadian Tire Corporation, where he was accountable for growing their various store banners’ presence across western Canada by securing and developing real estate opportunities. Prior to Canadian Tire, Ron held positions of increasing responsibility at landlord firms overseeing retail leasing and redevelopment programs for commercial properties across Alberta. Ron provides his landlord and tenant clients with a diverse skill set, including his knowledge in lease negotiation, retail market analysis, and long-term strategic planning from both a property owner and property user perspective.

Kara Dusseldorp – Office Leasing

Kara Dusseldorp is the Associate Vice President of Leasing with JLL Canada. She has over 10 years of commercial real estate industry experience in the Calgary market with both landlord and brokerage experience. While working with a landlord for almost six years, Kara’s downtown portfolio consisted of just over 1.4 million square feet.
