?? Vaccinated (at least single-dose), preferred to have COVID-19 booster shot.

1. By joining this event, the participant hereby accepts all the terms, requirements, prerequisites, and conditions stipulated for this event – as stated herein; and, releases any form of legal, financial, and civic claims against the group Responsible and Leisure Bikers Club Philippines (RLB), and any of its members, representatives, organizers, the owners and all staffs of the destinations, and/or stake holders, in an event of any untoward incident – regardless of any cause.
2. The organizers, members, and representatives of RLB Club Philippines; as well as all stakeholders of this ride/event and the owners and all staffs of the destinations shall – for eternity – be FREE against any legal, financial, and/or civic liability, in an event of any untoward incident incurred to any rider/driver or participant or his/her guest.
3. By attending to this ride or event, the rider/driver duly certifies that he/she is physically, emotionally, and mentally fit to travel and operate a motorized vehicle – moreso, a motorcycle. Further, that he/she is NOT under influence of alcohol, drugs, substance, medications or anything that would impair his/her riding or driving/riding skills as well as logical judgment.
4. By attending to this ride or event, the rider/driver duly attests that his/her motorized vehicle is road worthy and has gone through a thorough safety and pre-ride inspection tests.
5. Riding a two-wheeled vehicle (e.g., motorcycle, etc.) poses great risks on the rider and/or the motoring public, local residents, the general public, pedestrians, animals, and properties. Any form of hazards are always present on the road but are unknown of its nature. As such, every rider is expected to be mentally vigilant and yet highly competent to operate a motorcycle.
6. Gross misconduct or behavior committed on the road by a rider shall NOT be tolerated. Loss of a limb or life and/or property shall be the sole responsible of the erring rider/driver.
