Riverside Seasonal Private Dinner

Riverside Winter Seasonal Private Dining is a six course, chef centric experience designed to celebrate the depth and comfort of the winter season. The menu will highlight the best of BC’s winter offerings.

Expect warming dishes, layered flavors, and ingredients chosen in the days leading up to the dinner, allowing each course to feel intentional and expressive of the season.

Guests will be seated communally to encourage conversation and connection.

This is not a restaurant service. It is a private table.

Trevor and Kiernan will guide guests through each course, speaking to the the inspiration, technique, and ingredients behind each course. Expect refined flavors without pretension, beautiful food without stiffness, and a dining experience that feels both elevated and deeply comforting.
