Class DescriptionThis class is free to the public but we do appreciate donations! If you'd like to donate for the class, please register and choose your payment amount or utilize a class pass. Or, bring cash or check to the class.
Otherwise, registration is not required.
Join us before the market opens for mindful morning movement. Increase strength, mobility, and balance. Breath work and meditation interspersed throughout. All are welcome; no previous yoga experience required.
Bring your own mat/blanket/towel.
There will be no class if it is raining or the ground is too wet; check Soulside's calendar or instagram for updates.
