The Parks and Recreation Division along with the generous sponsors of Coastal Credit Union, My Greene Team, Pamela Hughes, Navigant Credit Union, Butler & Messier Insurance, Camera Werks, Courtesy Auto Group, Dave’s Marketplace, OMNI Technology Services and the Pawtucket Slaterettes are proud to welcome PLAYING MANTIS.PLAYING MANTIS is a professional, five-piece, high energy, Classic Rock, Pop and R & B Show and Dance Band with a great set list of fan favorites.
This free 1 ½ hour performance takes place at the Veteran's Memorial Amphitheater located on the corner of Exchange Street and Roosevelt Avenue, adjacent to City Hall. Parking is available at the City Hall parking lot.
The Parks & Recreation Division will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items during these performances to assist the BLACKSTONE VALLEY FOOD CENTER, who work and help to combat hunger in the Blackstone Valley area.
PERFORMANCES MAY BE CANCELED DURING PERIODS OF OR POTENTIAL INCLEMENT WEATHER WITH A POTENTIAL FOR A RESCHEDULED DATE.
