Riverdale's Annual Labor Day Street Fair 2024

Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair, hosted by the Borough of Riverdale, will be held along the Newark Pompton Turnpike from Newbury Place to Cotluss Rd. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Labor Day Monday. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and transformed into a giant block party. If you like shopping outdoors, then this is the place to be.

Lots To Do-

We have quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, a special arts and crafts section, live entertainment, kiddie rides and games, great festival foods and food trucks, and so much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants and civic organizations to see what goodies they are passing out.

So Many Food Trucks-

Come hungry because they have over 15 food trucks and vendors selling delicious sweet and savory gourmet foods. You can get sausage and pepper sandwiches, cheese steaks, kettle corn, chicken fingers, ice cream, zeppole, shish kabobs, gyros, fresh-cut fries, fresh-squeezed lemonade, Italian ice, oven-baked fresh pizza, and so much more. The list of food vendors attending will be listed below, as they reserve space at the event.

Live Bands-

As you stroll along, stop to have a bite to eat and sit at tables in the live music area. See the show they have planned, which includes live music, dancing, karate demonstrations, and more. The entertainment line-up will also be below once we book it.

Kids Area-

They also have The “Kidz Traveling Shindig” which is a section in the school parking lot area dedicated to children with kiddie bounce rides, slides, interactive blow-ups, face painters, sand art & kids’ games just to name a few things.

This event is designed to bring the whole community together, with something for everyone. Come and join in the fun on Labor Day!
