On Friday 21st March, a team from the Hospice will lead a moving ceremony of remembrance on the riverside at The Groves in Chester. Supporters will be invited to look on as hospice team members, on behalf of those who attend, gently launch floating lilies onto the waters of the River Dee. The reflection will begin from 6pm.
For a small donation, you will be able to dedicate a lily to the memory of someone special.
