River North Pole - A family fun indoor event with Santa and Mrs. Claus!

Welcome the holiday season with hope by supporting children at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Join us on Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 12:00PM – 5:00PM for our annual River North Pole event benefiting children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! Enjoy a holiday indoor-themed fete with treats for the entire family. Children will enjoy interactive rides on the royal express train, a petting zoo with reindeer, a delicious hot chocolate station with holiday-themed sweet treats and photos with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus! While parents enjoy delicious savory bites and holiday-themed cocktails, our festive Elves will help children to write letters to Santa Claus at our kids’ craft station. Dance to your favorite holiday songs performed by festive Carolers. All proceeds at the River North Pole event will be donated to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

The hotel has designated one special elevator traveling up to the hotel’s signature restaurant, Terrace 16, that will be decked in everyone’s favorite holiday indulgences – gingerbread, candy canes and more sweet treats. Envisioned by the hotel's Pastry Team, guests who ride the Gingerbread Express will be greeted by the sweet aromas of the season, celebratory holiday music and more than 1,300 gingerbread bricks made in-house. It’s the most joyful ride of the season!

Additionally, do not miss a chance to visit our Gingerbread Holiday Pop-Up Shop made out of real gingerbread & located at Terrace 16 restaurant. Offering our signature holiday spiced cookies & festive treats carefully crafted by our Pastry Team. All proceeds will benefit the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
