As the River Mouth 2025 Festival builds towards the Oct 25th Finale at The Rec Room, we present our fourth event at the Malton Youth Hub. This is a special two-part evening dedicated to skill-building, industry insight, and empowering the next generation of creative leaders.
Join us on Thursday, October 23rd, for an unforgettable experience featuring a legendary producer and the voices of the future.
Part 1: Workshop with Rich Kidd
The evening begins with an exclusive music creation and production workshop led by the JUNO Award-winning producer and artist, Rich Kidd. This is an invaluable opportunity for aspiring producers, rappers, and beatmakers to learn workflow, techniques, and industry wisdom directly from one of the most influential figures in Canadian hip-hop.
Part 2: The Remix Project Youth Takeover
Immediately following the workshop, the energy continues with a Youth Takeover and Panel Discussion featuring accomplished alumni from the acclaimed creative incubator, The Remix Project. Hear firsthand from successful artists and entrepreneurs who have navigated the creative industries. This engaging panel will offer practical advice, share personal stories of challenges and success, and provide a roadmap for building a sustainable career in the arts.
