Join us for the River City Real Estate Co. Halloween Grand Opening + Trunk or Treat at our new headquarters in the heart of The Fan!

The celebration will take place in the parking lot behind our building, with our neighbors, local businesses, food, activities, and plenty of Halloween fun taking over the block.
With Halloween falling on a Saturday, Hanover Avenue shutting down for one of Richmond's favorite Halloween traditions, and The Fan going ALL OUT every year, we're making an afternoon of it before the evening festivities begin.
This isn't your typical grand opening.
We're throwing a Halloween neighborhood block party + Trunk or Treat, and everyone is invited.
Bring the kids in costume, grab your friends and neighbors, and come trick-or-treat your way through our parking lot before heading deeper into The Fan for Halloween night.

And because this is The Fan on Halloween, expect plenty of costumes, decorations, candy and a little bit of chaos — exactly how Halloween should be.

Admission is FREE, but please RSVP so we can plan for enough candy, food and activities for everyone.
Parking
Street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, but Halloween in The Fan gets BUSY. We highly recommend walking, biking, ridesharing or arriving early if possible.
Our event ends at 6:00 PM, giving everyone plenty of time to head over toward Hanover Avenue and enjoy one of Richmond's best Halloween traditions.
We're incredibly grateful to call The Fan home, and we can't think of a better way to celebrate this new chapter than with the neighborhood and community around us.
