This 2 day immersion is an invitation to reconect with rase, the felt pulse of aliveness beneath words. Through ritual dance, breathwork, and somatic awakening, we listen for the deeper rhythms moving through hips, spine and heart.

We gather in an intimate sacred conatiner to slow down, soften, and dive deeply into the dance through a somatic and ritual approach.

This is more then a workshop, it is a return to the living intelligence of the body.

Together we will explore:

Ritual Dance-Cultivate theatrical presence, expressive storytelling, and the courage to dance your personal myth.

Embody Your Inner Yogas- Work wit mula bandha and pelvic awareness practices to strenghthen the mind-body connection, awaken the root center, and enliven creative and sensual vitality.

Breathwork & Somatic Embodiment- Guide energy, emotion, and intuition through conscious breath and guided awareness.

Somatic Fusion Belly Dance- The R.M.A Method. Restore fluidity, strenght, and soverenighty in the hips and womb space. Reclaim the pelvis as a source of power, pleasure, and wisdom.
