Join Catracha Fitness and Shuffle Therapy for an electrifying International Women’s Month Fitness Fundraiser on Sunday, March 23rd, from 11 AM - 12 PM at Roundhead Brewery!

This one-of-a-kind fitness experience will celebrate strength, movement, and community while supporting Chica Project—a nonprofit empowering young Latinas and women of color. All proceeds (besides the $10 entry fee) will be donated to this incredible organization!

What to Expect:
🔥 Dynamic Warm-Up & Core Blast – Led by Joanna Banegas of Catracha Fitness 11 AM
🎶 Shuffling Dance Session – Guided by Caro Florez of Shuffle Therapy 11:30 AM
🎧 Live Female DJ – Bringing high-energy underground electronic beats

🔹 $20 per ticket (includes beer, shuffle workshop and core session)
