Focus of the group (Friday, October 24): "Holding Both"- The emotional complexity of loving your child while mourning the imagined future.
Led by participants, with guidance from Megan Kullick, MA, LCMHCA, a local mental health therapist, we’ll explore strategies for coping with unexpected changes and celebrate the incredible things our children bring to the table.
