Rising Phoenix Wellness Conference

In the devastating aftermath of the Eaton Fire, which claimed lives and destroyed more than 7,000 structures, our Altadena–Pasadena community is navigating deep loss, displacement, and trauma. Families are rebuilding from ashes, youth are struggling to process overwhelming events, and community servants continue to lead despite their own personal hardships.

The Rising Phoenix Wellness Conference, hosted by Live Above the Hype at Harambee Center in Pasadena, is a day of collective healing, resilience, and renewal. Through movement and sound healing, trauma-informed workshops, and other holistic activites, participants will experience evidence-based practices designed to restore the mind, body, and spirit.

This gathering offers a safe space for all — community residents, educators, and frontline workers — to process grief, release stress, and strengthen the bonds that carry us forward. Together, we rise from the ashes, transforming pain into purpose, and loss into collective power.
