Rising Daughters: Our Lady of the Hearth — The Women in Pizza Conference

Women and the craft, chemistry, commerce and culture of global pizza. A free day at Notre Dame with pizzaiole, scientists and leaders.
About this Event

Rising Daughters brings the people who make pizza together with the people who study it. Champion pizzaiole stretch dough beside chemists. A historian explains why dough at home was women's work while the professional oven became a man's job. Founders and executives talk business with students from every college on campus. Then everyone eats.
