Rise With Reiki - Sunday Meditation

NOTE: Upon arrival at Frank Liske Park, look for sign that says "REIKI HERE" in parking lot. We will congregate in parking lot, then walk to meditation spot. :)

New to Reiki or Meditation? That's cool, we will explain everything to you.

This guided meditation includes breathwork, visualizations, and individual Reiki administered by trained and certified Reiki Practitioners.

Reiki is a holistic energy healing technique from Japan which focuses on balancing our energy into a place of peace, relaxation, and enhances our natural healing process. Reiki is used as integrative therapy in our country's top hospitals, including: Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, John Hopkins etc. It is very safe and very effective.
