Rise of the Warlord Live Action Role Play

⚔️ Step into a world of fantasy, history, and faith as we launch our Rise of the Warlord storyline! This year’s LARP adventures draws inspiration from the Russian Renaissance and the reign of Ivan the Terrible—where questions of power, mercy, and renewal collide with our Bible theme of grace. And it all starts this September!

• Immersive Storytelling: Take on the role of a NPC in our fantasy realm of Kapacé as battles rage and mysteries unfold.
• Quest Challenges: Search for hidden relics, outwit foes, and face the rise of a ruthless warlord inspired by Ivan the Terrible.
• Bible Theme – Grace: In the middle of conflict and ambition, discover what it means to receive and extend grace.
• Action & Roleplay: Sword fighting, acting games, dramatic skits, and problem-solving as a team.
• Creative Fun: When time allows, dive into acting games, writing, or student-led roleplay.

• When: Saturday, September 13
• Ages: 11–17 (homeschool, online school, private/public school—all welcome!)
• Costumes: Strongly encouraged!
• Swords: We have safe boffer swords available to borrow or purchase.
• Snacks: Please bring a water bottle and snacks to share. (Note: one student has allergies to eggs, peanuts, and dairy—thank you for keeping this in mind.)

At our events, students earn “coins” through quests and roleplay—then get to spend them at our fun store (just like Awanas, but LARP-style!).
