RISE in the Forum: A Kripalu Event

Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is an internationally-renowned nonprofit educational organization dedicated to serving people and communities in realizing their full potential through the transformative wisdom and practice of yoga and mindfulness-based practices.

This in-person Forum event, lead by Kripalu Faculty Suzanne Duran Crelin, is the culmination of the 6-week RISE virtual series being offered at the library and an opportunity for community practice and integration.
