A free monthly mentoring programme for FinTech startups and scaleups.

Our programme is designed to connect FinTech founders with industry experts to support entrepreneurs on their start-up journey.

Our mentors are carefully selected from our FinTech community. They have expertise in a range of areas, including marketing, legal, business development and more.

- recently undertaken two engagements via FinTech Global Consulting Ltd, which I founded in Jan 2023:
- Department for Business & Trade: FinTech Specialist, providing specialist advice and support to the UK Government FinTech team.
- Innovate Finance (the UK's trade body for FinTech): Director of Partnerships, engaging with FinTech stakeholders across the ecosystem.
Previously, Adam was Deloitte UK’s FinTech Commercial Director and the FinTech Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to a Deloitte UK's FinTech leader and Head of Innovation for UK, Europe, and the Middle East, with responsiblity for FinTech strategy, operations, planning, eminence, and engagement across the FinTech sector with: government and regulators, industry trade bodies, academia, FinTech and financial services firms, and FinTech accelerators. I undertook a variety of FinTech client engagements for financial services and public sector organisations, as engagement lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME).

- a Product & Growth Expert with over a decade of experience in FinTech and EdTech. She plays a pivotal role in driving product growth at Wise (formerly TransferWise), consistently owning over 70% of new user acquisition monthly. Previously, as the Head of Product at Yandex, the fifth-largest search engine globally, Asya led the development and scaling of three EdTech products from scratch. She has extensive product experience in guiding Fintech startups, combined with a strong background in Corporate Finance and consulting at PwC.

- is sought after as an advisor, both by management teams and boards for his ability to craft strategic responses to business challenges and building teams to execute strategy. Having kicked off his career in investment management, asset consulting and research, Binu went on to founding a number of fintech startups. Following a successful exit, he spent some years in business development and corporate strategy roles for a global firm. He also helped establish the fintech and innovation capability for the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) in New Zealand, and was later tasked to set up the digital assets (crypto) team as the Head of Department at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. He is qualified as an engineer, completed an MBA and trained at the Wharton business school on strategy execution.

- Director, Head of Machine Learning Technologies at Barclays. Review and assess Machine Learning technologies for either internal adoption or investment opportunity. This includes: cloud platforms, ML software suites, advanced analytics tools, distribution frameworks, optimisation solvers, HPC hardware for ML, quantum computing etc.

- is a career Fintech and Product expert. He uses his extensive & hands on expertise, honed at the likes of Citi, Fidelity and Schroders, to shape Product Development, define Digital & Product Strategy, speed up time to market and scale products for FS, Fintechs and early stage startups. He’s led development of and shaped digital banks, PFM apps, lending platforms, and more. He also shares his Product + Fintech insights in his fortnightly newsletter.
