Rise and Shine Yoga is a practice to realign your mind, body, and spirit. To firmly root into yourself and find the balance you've been seeking on and off the yoga mat. I invite you to join me for a unique yoga session rooted in the practice and philosophy of Swastha yoga. Over 75-minutes, you will be led through a bit of it all: discussion, breath work, mindful movement (a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa), inversion play, meditation, a sound bath, and most importantly, connection with yourself and others.This is an awakened practice, built to empower you to make positive, sustainable, and long lasting changes and I can't wait to practice with you!
