*There are two dates on this invite. April 6 & April 20. Please click on the date you wish to attend if you are clicking "Going" to reserve your spot**Let's gather for a Saturday morning pick-me-up! This will be a medium paced vinyasa class followed by a 15 minute guided relaxation. Good for all bodies as long as you are comfortable getting on and off the floor on your own.
This is a punch card class and $12 for non-punch card holders.
You can also join on Zoom if you prefer. Please let me know if you would like this option and I can send you the link after payment is received.
This class will be on Zoom only if the weather gets bad.
