We invite you to Rise & Shine with Ignite Your Flow and Retro Roast Vegan Coffee Bar for a blissful start to your day or a break in between as we combine the soothing practices of yoga & meditation with the comforting aromas of freshly brewed coffee, tea, & wellness drinks. Come flow outdoors on the beautiful courtyard of the Veranda at Thornton Park in Downtown Orlando. The perfect ritual to awaken your senses, invigorate your body, & calm your mind. Class is beginner friendly!

$25 A ll inclusive Yoga + A Retro Brew of Your Choice (pre-registration required)

$15 Yoga Only Pre-registration, $22 Drop-In Yoga Only

Pre-registration closes 8 hrs prior to class. If you miss the deadline, please feel free to drop in!

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing for yoga, a yoga mat, an open heart, and a curious mind.

P lease pre-register through Eventbrite & note that the drop in fee is $22. Please read cancellation policy & all terms when signing up. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to set up & settle in. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks, water, and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.
