Janel Helgelson brings over two decades of lived experience in embodiment, emotional truth, and multidimensional awareness.

Through sound, vocal frequency, and nervous system grounding, she guides you into head–heart coherence ... where your truth becomes clear, embodied, and felt.

With 8+ years as a professional Plant Medicine Guide and training in Indigenous lineages, somatic therapy, NLP, and multidimensional healing, her facilitation is both grounded and powerful.

This is more than sound healing.
It’s a homecoming.

Our Venue - Ember & Ice

Ember & Ice is a nature-based, outdoor sauna and cold plunge experience designed to support full-body reset and nervous system regulation.

Set in an open-air environment, this practice of alternating between heat and cold can:

• Increase circulation
• Reduce stress + inflammation
• Support mental clarity
• Build resilience in both body and mind

It’s both invigorating and deeply grounding — an experience that brings you back into your body, while connecting with others in a meaningful, shared space.

• Swimsuit (for sauna + cold plunge)
• Towel
• Water bottle
• Comfortable layers
• Sandals or slip-on shoes
• Journal (optional)
• Yoga mat or something ot lay on for sound healing
