Taking yoga out of the studio and into an urban space, as I believe yoga should be fun and an enjoyable experience, one that inspires, strengthens and builds community.

》 What to expect?
90 minutes, all levels welcome, complete practice: 60 minutes flow, 30 minutes of breathing, meditation, deep relaxation. A comprehensive practice focused on bringing new life and energy into your body, a combination of both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, flow style. Expect to move, breathe and sweat a little bit.
