Rise & Flow: Easter Sunrise Hike & Yoga

Rise early and meet me in the breathtaking Phoenix Mountain Preserve to celebrate Easter morning the way it was meant to be felt — outdoors, in nature, as the sun rises over the Sonoran desert.

As we hike to our spot, dawn light will slowly grow and the desert will come alive around us. Once we arrive, we'll spend 45min-1 hour in a gentle yoga flow, moving and breathing to the sounds of worship music as the Easter sun climbs higher into the sky.

This is your time to celebrate, reflect, and connect with something greater.

From there, we'll ease into a light sound bath during Savasana — a sacred pause for prayer, meditation, or simply resting in gratitude for what this morning means.

Before we head back, we'll take time to soak in the beauty around us and capture some photos among the peacefully lit desert landscape.

This Easter morning is your invitation to step outside in the most beautiful classroom there is — God's creation and to breathe deeply while celebrating that 'He is Risen'.
