Certified Sound Healing & Breath Coach will guide you on a meditation while you relax on a yoga mat. Awaken your senses through sound and vibrational therapy while she plays musical sound bowls, chimes, tuning pipe and more!

Please arrive by 8:45am to check in and find a spot inside the greenhouse where the butterflies are housed. Absorb the magical energy of the butterflies around you!

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. If you do not have a yoga mat one will be provided for you!
