In an effort to unfold the complexities of the industry and talk about banana diversity in India, Edible Issues and Science Gallery Bengaluru call you to embark on a journey with us. Join us as we explore the banana varieties in our local markets and have a conversation that about banana policies, markets, and the future of the happy yellow fruit.

We hope to engage eaters in using their senses to appreciate existing varieties, reflect on memories and ask questions about how the banana evolves into the future.
