Welcome to your Riots Not Diets Ride!

Join us at Gymbox Victoria for a fabulous spin class! The theme is riots not diets and we will put together an incredible playlist of anti-diet/self love anthems to remind us all (especially important at this time of year) that there is nothing we need to change about ourselves and ALL BODIES ARE GOOD BODIES!!!!

The ride will be approx 45 minutes in length but we'll be together slightly longer, for around an hour including set up/cool down.

Anti-diet culture, jiggly dance party on a bike. The focus will be on how we feel and reconnecting with the joy of movement. This is an all ability ride, whether it's your first ride or your 1000th you are so welcome!

(Ash Rides London classes are offered using a sliding scale for pricing. The actual cost of the class is £18 and tickets listed below that price are limited. QUICK GUIDE TO THE SLIDING SCALE

*The top price ticket is the actual cost of the class. If you choose a ticket price below the top tier you are receiving a discount. We have called this option 'Belly Bounce'.

*The middle price is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this class may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship. We have called this option 'Body Of My Own'.

*The bottom price is for those who struggle to meet their basic needs and paying for this class would be a significant hardship. We have called this option 'Body Love'.

*For folx who are unable to pay anything, please email us at [email protected], there are a handful of no cost bikes available in every ride.

There are a small number of bikes in every ride which are priced higher than the actual cost of the class. These are solidarity tickets which allow those with the means to do so to 'pay it forward' and subsidise the lower/no cost tickets. We have called these tickets 'I'm Really Hot'.

(Please note we cannot offer refunds, but if you're unable to make it, let us know at least 48 hours ahead of the class and we'll do what we can to transfer your ticket to another Ash Rides London class, subject to availability)!
