Rio Salado College Tamales Workshop Afternoon Session (In-Person)
About this Event
Join our professional chef for a fun, hands-on culinary workshop and discover the art of making homemade tamales! In this interactive class, you'll learn how to prepare two classic varieties: savory Red Chile Pork and flavorful Green Chile Chicken tamales.
Our chef will demonstrate the techniques, tips, and common mistakes to avoid while guiding you through each step of the tamale-making process. Then it's your turn to roll up your sleeves and make your own tamales from scratch!
After all your hard work, you'll enjoy your freshly made tamales for a late lunch or early dinner, and you'll take home a batch to share with family and friends.
